We’ve put together some information here that anticipates and tries to briefly answer some of the questions you may have prior to visiting our church for the first time:
It's important to us that you feel welcome when visiting. We hope our atmosphere will help you feel relaxed and comfortable. The songs are built around Biblical themes that are timeless. We are glad to have you join us in worship! You will be greeted and welcomed.
No matter your family dynamics, you're welcome here and we're excited for you to gather with us! Our intent is to serve the whole family. During Bible classes, we have instruction available for all ages. Your children will receive real spiritual training from a group of caring leaders during this time. And at the beginning of our worship, we have a special time with all the children reciting memory facts and the books of the Bible.
From the pulpit you will hear sound Bible preaching that respects God's word as the ultimate authority for our lives. An outline is typically provided via Power Point.
Since we are endeavoring to follow the pattern of the New Testament church, our worship is simple: congregational singing, public prayers, and a weekly sharing of the Lord's Supper after the sermon. We do not pass a collection plate, but there is a box mounted in the foyer where you can give to God's work financially if you wish.
